We recently traveled on Celebrity Millennium, where the Retreat Lounge is on Deck 4 forward, near the theater. As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by a concierge by name and welcomed. Immediately, you’ll notice the spacious and contemporary design, creating an ambiance that whispers, “Welcome, relax, and enjoy.” Soothing colors and plush furnishings set the stage for a relaxing experience. Luminae, the suites restaurant on Celebrity Millennium, is lovely, delivering delicious global cuisine and outstanding service. Located on Deck 4 next to the Metropolitan Restaurant, it serves three meals a day unless the ship is in port.
So, we ordered lunch from an attendant and had a little picnic in our cabana. Eventually, people started streaming in once they had returned from their excursions, but for a while, it was heavenly. One of the first things you will see when you swipe your keycard and pass through the gate is this large seating area. The boat has 12 passenger decks, of which 8 are with cabins. For suite passengers only, in-suite babysitting is also available (subject to personnel availability and with at least 24 hours' notice). There’s a per-hour charge for up to three children within the same family, and two sitters will be assigned per suite. Children must be 12 months old or older to be eligible for in-suite sitting. There is limited outdoor recreation on Millennium beyond a basketball court (Deck 12) that also doubles as a soccer court.
